Keenan Patel is CEO of PRI Solutions and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at PRI Global. Keenan is responsible for the global strategic financial planning and operations across the organization. Keenan began his career in the financial industry, where he was heavily involved in finding solutions for process efficiency and optimization.

Demonstrating both an entrepreneurial and an intrapreneurial spirit, Keenan has an innate ability to quickly identify and actualize valuable ideas and employ shrewd strategies that maximize organizational capabilities, operations, and staff performance. Since joining PRI Global in 2014, Keenan has been focused on technology-driven business services and solutions and driving profitable revenue growth across the organization to position PRI Global for long term success.

Keenan has been instrumental in the organization’s realized growth with his involvement in process-driven solutions and integrating business units into a cohesive, matrixed organization. Keenan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He believes continuous education and learning are the building blocks for success and is currently pursuing his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan.

Ajay Patel is Chairman of PRI Solutions. As chairman, Ajay is a visionary, thought leader, entrepreneur, planner, and strategist, leveraging technology and best practices to develop innovative business solutions to support customers’ needs.

Ajay is laser focused on growing the business, leading and managing top-level executives and providing sound leadership and advice to companies and C-level executives related to staffing, technology, cyber security, compliance, artificial intelligence, and business solutions.

Throughout Ajay’s 23 years as CEO of PRI Global, he has developed numerous long-lasting business relationships and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies globally.

Ajay has more than 30 years of hands-on experience working in a variety of IT roles as an architect, programmer, analyst, project lead, and project manager for various industrial-leading companies.

Ajay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and attended Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is an active member of the Vistage Group, the world’s largest executive coaching organization for small and midsize businesses.

With over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Indu is a visionary leader with a strong track record of building high-performance teams and the ability to build relationships with strategic partners across multiple organizational levels.

Indu’s primary responsibilities include driving strategic direction, building high-performance teams, employee engagement and retention, succession planning, cultural change, executive engagement and development, communication, workforce analytics and resource deployment, diversity and inclusiveness, and organizational performance management.

The strengths that Indu brings to PRI Global include leadership in clarifying and setting direction and executing on a plan for positive change, “connecting the dots” (understanding how things should connect and align), fostering collaboration across different functional areas, being innovative and creative, and acting as a trusted adviser & coach. Indu holds a Master’s in Computer Application and Certified SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master, Project Management Professional and trained Talent Management and Retention Professional.

Janet Jasper is the Director of Finance at PRI Solutions and has more than 20 years’ experience working with public, private, and non-profit organizations. Since joining PRI Global in 2020, Janet has focused on implementing best practices, process development and improvement within the organization. As an accomplished problem solver and critical thinker, she brings valued experience and expertise to PRI. Janet excels in effectively finding solutions to challenges for strategic planning and decision-making within the Finance team and the company as a whole.

Her commitment to compliance, risk management, and leveraging technology supports PRI’s long term corporate growth. She embraces life-long learning and is a talented team developer and relationship builder. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Maryville University and is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.).

Megan is the Director of People at PRI Global. In this role, Megan focuses on employee engagement, company culture, training and development, talent management, immigration, and benefits. Since 2016, Megan has been a member of our HR/People Team at PRI Global. In her time here, she has implemented new and innovative HR processes and procedures. With her depth of knowledge on the industry, Megan is centering her focus on more strategic HR initiatives for the organization. Prior to joining PRI Global, Megan built successful talent acquisition, on boarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee training programs. As a team centered individual, Megan enjoys partnering with the delivery and sales teams on their goals and helping align departments with the company’s business objectives. Megan attended University of Missouri – St. Louis for Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and is working toward her Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) certification.
